Products and descriptions
We aim to present products accurately. Display colors may vary by screen. Check the selected model and included items before ordering: CT-01 Set includes a CT-01 warmer and one enamel mug; other mugs in lifestyle images are not included unless stated.
Orders and payment
Prices, currency, availability, and any applicable charges are shown during checkout. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. If we cannot fulfill an order or identify a pricing error, we will contact you and explain the available resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Delivery and returns
Free standard shipping and our 30-day free-return process are described in the linked policies. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Contact us before returning a product.
Safe product use and warranty
Follow the instructions supplied with your product. Most everyday cups can be used; flat-bottom cups generally transfer heat more efficiently, and results vary by cup and conditions. ET-01, CT-01, and CT-01 Set have a 2-year warranty, subject to applicable warranty terms. Marketing consent is not required for warranty coverage.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information, or infringe others’ rights. Website materials may not be reused in ways that violate intellectual-property rights.
