A few things to check.
Insulated or double-wall mugs may transfer little heat or may not be detected. Follow the instructions for suitable materials; plastic and paper cups are not recommended.

No. It is intended to help keep a prepared drink warm. Start with hot coffee or tea for the best experience.

ET-01 is sold as a warmer only. Your compatible mug is sold separately.
How does automatic shut-off work?+
ET-01 includes mug sensing and a timed shut-off feature. Follow the instructions included with your unit for the precise timing and operation. Switch off and unplug when finished.
How do I clean the warming surface?+
Unplug the warmer and let it cool fully. Wipe the surface gently according to the supplied care instructions. Do not immerse the unit in water.
