How hot can the warmer get?
  • The warmer can maintain your drink temperature between 113°F to 150°F. You can adjust the temperature in 1-degree increments to find your perfect setting, and it will remember your last setting for convenience.

Light not blinking?

- Unplug the power cord from the warmer.

- Ensure no mug is resting on the warmer when plugging the cord back in. This step will reset the unit.

- Tap the switch, then place your mug on the warmer.

Will it fit a coffee mug with a 4-inch base?

Yes, it accommodates mugs with a base of up to 4 inches.

Does it work with any coffee mug, or are certain materials recommended?

- We recommend using enamel, glass, or stainless steel mugs for the most efficient heat conduction. Ceramic mugs also work well but may not reach the same temperature as a flat-bottomed mug.

- Please avoid using insulated or double-wall mugs, as they may not be detected by the warmer's sensor. Additionally, plastic or paper mugs are not suitable due to their poor heat conduction.
